I’m 1000% done with stressing over a number on the scale. It doesn’t tell the whole story. I don’t want to be a body builder, I just want to be lean and flexible. So instead what I’ve been focusing on lately is trying to lower my body fat percentage to 18-20%. How I’m choosing to go about it is...

Weigh in was 154.3/4
I ate 2 hard boiled eggs, I piece of salmon, 1 packet of crab sticks, 2 small extra lean mince burgers, a little fat free yogurt and my 1 1/2 tablespoons of oat bran.
I never once felt hungry!
I also drank sparkling flavoured water, water and squash. (All calorie free)
This mornings weigh in was 152 3/4
A huge 2lbs in 1 day!
Diet culture tells us to put food we don’t like into a body we don’t like and makes us believe this behavior will lead to happiness. It’s paradoxial. We have to change our mindset and the rest will follow, I promise. It doesn’t have to be a fight.

- take a warm bath with lots of bubbles!!

- walk outside barefoot, look at nice flowers

- go to the thrift store and buy nice old clothes

If you wanna be my lover you gotta not be afraid of dirt, eat fruit, hug trees, love animals, and admire flowers.
